Step 4: Shipping
1. At the time the shipments are ready, "Ready for shipping" email will be sent to you.
2. A tracking number will be provided by email along with the shipment.

Return policy
7 days for a refund with a product in original condition
Refund may not be accepted for following situation:
1) The item is damaged/made defective/reduced saleable
value by customer's fault
2) No refund for garments( ie, return due to unfitted size) and cosmetic/skin care product
